Significant lessons from the insignificant man

Top 5 takeaways from the doccumnetory An Insignificant Man.

#1.Adopting Diversity
People from all diverse backgrounds came together to support a moment which later turned into a political party. with almost a year to go onboarding the right mix of people mattered the most.

The idealistic positioning of the party called out for candidature filtration with embracing diversity to uphold the promise of the “common man" participation across all phases of candidate selection.

#2.People management
How do you manage intellects and achievers to forget their “image”  and align them towards a consistent goal?.

You give them a reason to fight and allow them to function as individuals who are aligned with the larger purpose.

#3.Optimum resource utilization
Every institution requires funds t sustain and if you are a political party who is looking to fight elections in Delhi then you better have millionaires by your side.

AAP could only manage 1/10th of funds compared to its competitors, but they made sure they used every single penny to create maximum possible awareness by relying heavily on one to one campaigning and spending meticulously on advertising sources.

#4.Embracing change
Supporters of the moment resisted change and were clearly divided between the view of forming a formal political party and contest elections.

But what helped AAP to convert its movement supporters into political volunteers was the introduction and adoption of Democratic party rules, In a way, this change management required incentivizing volunteers with a clear-cut “one for all, all for one” policy

#5.Collaboration
Collaborating with Congress or the BJP was never an option, but we all know what happened, in the end, .what is interesting here is to take note of the fact on how AAP went about asking its voters to give feedback on the same.

They were able to adopt an inclusive approach and were able to dilute the public outburst

Top 5 lessons for youngsters by Jack ma

Jack Ma’s life lessons are for anyone who seeks success ! Here are top 5 lessons by the master

is not just a multi-billionaire but he is one of the greatest inspiration for youngsters. For a person who never ever had anything to do with technology or business today has successfully built a business that runs on tech and has lured in tones of money from VC’s.
Now that if you are not one of those who does not actually wish to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams but wishes to draw inspiration from his life than here are 5 lessons from Jack Ma’s life for any youngster who is just beginning his career!

Lesson 1: Learn from Mistakes stories and accept rejection!
Stop reading success stories and start reading failure stories to learn from mistakes committed by really successful people who once failed

Rejection is part of the game, you have got no right to label yourself as "Rejected", as it's outside your control.what you will rather like to control is what all is likely to save you from rejection! and that is where learning from everyone's mistake becomes so important!

Lesson 2: Today is hard, tomorrow will be worse, but the day after tomorrow will be sunshine
Stop anticipating and start participating to build the future you really care about.
Ma emphasizes on the fact that nothing comes easy and one needs to stay patient in order to get through.

Lesson 3: you never know how much you can do in your life
you are limited by your thought process, nothing can change if you limit yourself.

Everything you are going to try out will bear risk and the risk should not limit you from pushing yourself. you can do it if you can push "negativity" out!

Lesson 4: If you do not give up, you still have a chance
There is always a chance if you continue to fight once you quit, its all over!

Giving up is not an option, you will miss out an opportunity to win and yes if there is a possibility of failure than surely there is a possibility to win as well so you got to fight.

Lesson 5: Always  judge a man by his questions rather than his answers
    you get what you seek!

No one can give you the right answer if you do not ask the right question.you are inquisitive your very nature and do not step back if you have the right question.

well do not think too much if you have or you have not, it hardly makes a difference here because you will really have to chase your mates to write them down and once they do write it for you return the compliment by writing a recommendation for them.

    4.Grow your connections

Everyone requires networking but its not about how many connections you have but its actually about how many of your connections are of use to you ?
